At Waggle, we understand that getting your purchase to you quickly is important. That's why we offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs.

Standard Shipping: Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped out the same day and will arrive within 3-5 business days.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date and issue a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thewaggle.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Also, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is not in its original condition or is damaged.

Hand wash or machine wash cold on delicate cycle inside a bag or pillowcase to protect the hardware. Air dry flat.

It is the dog owner’s responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for their pet. Waggle do not assume any responsibility for any damage or injuries that occur during the use or misuse of our products. Please ensure that our products are used responsibly and are examined for any wear and tear prior to use.
