At Waggle, we understand that getting your purchase to you quickly is important. That's why we offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs.

Standard Shipping: Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped out the same day and will arrive within 3-5 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Need your purchase sooner? Choose our expedited shipping option for an additional fee and receive your order within 1-3 business days.

Free Shipping: For orders over £50, we offer free standard shipping within the UK.

International Shipping: We also ship internationally for an additional fee. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

 

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date and issue a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thewaggle.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Also, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is not in its original condition or is damaged.
